Hire the Surveyors to Get Your Buildings Separated



Party wall is the wall that is usually constructed in the center of the two owner’s building, usually constructed in between. If you are not gaining the various benefits or facing any issue of development because of your neighbor owned building, you can contact the surveyors. These surveyors will help you to build a party wall after concerning you and your neighbor. There are two types of constructing the party walls:
Type A: in this type the walls are constructed that extend across the lands of two or more different owners. These are the walls separating the semi-detached or terraced houses forming a boundary line between the two gardens and are called as the party fence wall.
Type B: Walls are constructed on any one of the owner’s land and is used to separate the buildings of two or more owners. Like, if the neighbor owner has a structure that leans against the wall of other neighbor, only the lean part of the enclosed wall is called the party wall.


It can be possible that two owners hire separate surveyors or the common surveyors who will help them to get their buildings separated. Surveyors offer the party wall agreement to both the owners. This agreement consists of the following things:

  •       The agreement consists of the guidelines that define that how the construction work will progress.
  •       It includes the drawings showing the details of construction to be carried.
  •       It includes the set of conditions of adjoining property, often attested and carried by the set of photograph.
