Party wall is the wall that is usually constructed in
the center of the two owner’s building, usually constructed in between. If you

are two types of constructing the party walls:
Type A: in this type the walls are constructed that extend

Type B: Walls are constructed on any one of the owner’s land
and is used to separate the buildings of two or more owners. Like, if the

surveyors or the common surveyors who will help them to get their buildings
separated. Surveyors offer the party wall agreement to both the owners. This
